I had the chance today to go to "All World Gym" where Casey D. is a gymnast. Here is a video of what she can do... amazing! We have some incredible youth in our group, that's for sure!
Yea I can do that...but last time I did I ended up with a sprained ankle! (that's the real story no matter what else you hear that is how it happended)
